Please take a soft measuring tape and wrap it snugly, but not tight, around the wrist. That is the number that I need as I adjust the size from there for a nice fit. If you don’t have a cloth/soft measuring tape, simply wrap a string around your wrist, and then measure it on a ruler or another measuring device, or include the string in your package.
